3 Bedroom House in Lake Como, Belmar

Come to the shore for the great fall weather and warm ocean! Also the Bungalow had a full kitchen renovation recently.
Welcome to our lovely Cape-style home a short walk to the 18th Avenue Beach in Belmar, NJ. We have a very comfortable home - with all the best features: Double wide porch for morning coffee, off-street parking (no hassle - up to 3 cars), a fenced-in shady back yard, outdoor table, grill (charcoal and gas), shed, and a must have for those long beach days - an outdoor shower!! Quiet, friendly, cul-de-sac street!!
We are pet friendly, so you can plan to bring your pets for a Jersey shore vacation!
Please note that 4 - Beach passes are included in your summer rental!
There are 3 bedrooms and one futon in the house: One queen bed downstairs, one queen upstairs, two twins upstairs, and one futon in the back playroom. We have new linens and towels, and provide beach towels too.
Feel free to use anything in the shed: rafts, sand toys, beach chairs, pack-n-play, stroller.
We hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so you can relax and make some memories of summer beach days!

Summary: I love this house ! 3rd time here - we usually come up annually to visit family and friends. You can walk to the beach, walk down Main Street for coffee or a variety of places to eat, there is a 7/11 near by, a grocery store right down the street, and they have the most dog friendly house I’ve ever used as a Vrbo. All that plus easy, direct, and kind communication from the owners. The house is always clean and stocked so well, and we noticed quite a few upgrades this year as well. All this to say, out of all the places we have traveled with our pups, this is by far the absolute best and the only one we return to every year.

Summary: It was such a pleasure staying in this wonderful home! We enjoyed a long weekend and loved the close access to Lake Cuomo and the ocean nearby. David and Cat were quick to respond to any questions we had and we had no issues with our stay. Hope to rent here again soon!

Summary: We've stayed multiple times in the cute, very clean and cozy Blue Bungalow in Lake Como! David and Cat are truly amazing to work with, very responsive and this Bungalow is perfect in every way! Very spacious home, Kitchen and Misty loved the fenced in yard 🐾 !! So close to everything and loved our morning sunrises and bike rides! Can't wait for next Summer! 💙

Summary: My family and I had such a nice time staying at this charming home. The neighborhood was friendly and the house so clean! I particularly enjoyed using the outdoor shower each day and having a nice pasta dinner and coffee! on the porch with the family. I sure hope to return soon!

Summary: We’ve stayed at many places and this is at the top of the list! Great location near lakes and ocean, pickleball courts, train station, and restaurants, and the house itself was very clean, comfy, and spacious. The communication with owners was terrific - quick responses to questions and helpful tips - since this was our first time in the area.

Summary: We had a wonderful 7 days at this magical home which seemed to expand to fit our needs and the space distribution was perfect for cooking together, board games, having coffee outside - both front porch and the large table in the back yard. The shed had everything we needed for the beach, and the walk was within quick walking distance, including one route which took us straight by Lake Como. We spent our mornings at the home lounging, our afternoons at the beach, and our evenings playing Settlers of Cataan and & Wonders. The outdoor shower was a hit with everyone, and we all slept well with the window units air-conditioning. The dishwasher and the washer and dryer worked great, and the keyless entry was so easy for a large group. Our pups enjoyed the backyard, and all the walks by the lake around the beautiful neighborhoods on the other side of the lake. We appreciated being close enough to walk to the shore with enough distance that our days and nights were peaceful and quiet. The host and hostess were communicative, accessible, and kind. The house was a great shore cottage, We hope to return to this space again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is well kept with all the necessary amenities provided. We enjoyed the comfy L-shaped couch on the rainy days watching the Olympics and the outdoor porch as well. Walked and biked to the beach - great beach location with lots of places to eat nearby.
